Here are the steps to repair a tyre puncture using a standard tubeless tyre puncture repair kit. This method works for most car, bike, and scooter tyres: Steps to Repair a Tyre Puncture 1. Ensure Safety  - Park your vehicle on a flat, safe surface.  - Apply the handbrake and, if necessary, place warning triangles. 2. Locate the Puncture  - Inspect the tyre to find the puncture site.  - Remove any foreign object (like a nail) from the puncture using pliers. 3. Prepare the Puncture Hole  - Use the reaming tool provided in the kit to clean and enlarge the hole. Move it in and out a few times to roughen up the inside of the puncture. 4. Insert Repair String/Plug  - Thread the repair strip or plug halfway through the eye of the insertion tool.  - Push the tool with the repair strip into the hole until about half an inch remains sticking out of the tyre.  - Quickly pull the tool out, leaving the strip inside the tyre.
